Graziano's Punto Sur is the new chapter of one of the most established brands in Mexican grilling: a version that starts from the same essence as the original—the fire, the meat, the wine, the long after-dinner conversation—but that finds its own territory with a more compact scale and a more defined spatial identity.
The concept brings together two worlds that share the same love for the long table: the culture of Argentine asado and the hospitality of the Italian trattoria. The grill is the visible heart of the space—not hidden, but exposed as the ritual that organizes the entire experience. Around it, a material palette of dark woods, natural leather, marble, and metals creates the atmosphere of a private club where time stops at the second glass of wine.
Venetian mosaic rugs mark the threshold. A wine cellar frames the entrance as a ritual transition. And a bar topped by a trattoria-style awning structure sets the tone: Southern Europe interpreted from Jalisco.
The strategic decision for Punto Sur was to differentiate itself from the original Graziano's without betraying its DNA. The visible grill, the cellar as a threshold, and the Venetian mosaic on the entry floor are the three gestures that give the space its own character—without needing to rename the brand.
